🎯
O que irá fazer
- Identifying prospects: Spot companies with recruitment needs in the finance and administration sectors.
- Client relationship development: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers through various communication channels (phone, email, social media, in-person meetings).
- Prospecting activities: Conduct cold calls, and organize virtual and on-site client meetings to understand their specific needs.
- Negotiation: Propose and adjust recruitment solutions tailored to clients' financial and administrative challenges.
- Technology utilization: Leverage digital tools and data to optimize talent acquisition and management.

Requisitos
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment, ideally in Construction and Manufacturing.
- Ability to build effective connections with clients through multiple communication channels.
- Experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for results, resilience, and strong negotiation skills.
- Willingness to meet clients in person (at least two days per week in the office).
