O que irá fazer
• Calmly and politely address customer complaints or comments, providing clear instructions and answers. • Enter accurate information related to customer complaints (customer data, complaint code, item price, etc.). • Accept and hand over the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift, in accordance with existing instructions. • Assist and support your colleagues in or out of the department when necessary, contributing to strengthening teamwork and collaboration. • Work on-site at the IKEA store.
