O que irá fazer
- Lead and mentor a team of HRSS professionals to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize your Japanese language proficiency to facilitate seamless communication with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance service quality.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize productivity and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.

Requisitos
- Proven experience (min 5 years) in Japanese language proficiency, with JLPT N2 certification or higher.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating strong team management skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
